I run SparkFinder Labs, a boutique consulting agency focused on communication, collaboration, and creativity. I lead hands-on workshops for teams of 10 to 1,000, at your office, a conference, or an off-site.

What I offer

• Collaboration. Better team dynamics, alignment across groups, and working through conflict.
• Communication. Executive presence, storytelling, and talking to stakeholders so things actually move.
• AI training. Hands-on sessions that help teams, faculty, and PhD students build AI tools into the way they already work.
• Coaching. One-on-one work with founders and leaders, especially neurodivergent leaders and people with ADHD.
